Haus Bergland
Centrally nestled in the valleys of Kauns, Haus Bergland offers spacious, chalet-style accommodation in the heart of several ski and hiking areas. Fendels and Serfaus Fiss Ladis ski fields are within a 15-minute drive away.
Decorated with wooden furnishings, the country-style house comes with a balcony and has mountain and garden views. Featuring central heating, a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and a separate dining and seating area with a flat-screen satellite TV. There is a private bathroom, a wardrobe and ironing facilities.

ATT Kauns Unterdorf Bus Station is a 2-minute walk away from the apartments. A bus stop which takes guests directly to ski stations is directly in front of the house. Innsbruck Airport is a 50-minute drive away.
