This house is recently renovated and divided into two spacious parts, each with private fenced garden of 400 m2 with garden furniture. The house is situated 5 km from the centre of Monte San Savino, 19 km from the centre of Arezzo and 30 km from the centre of Terme di Rapolano.
In the house with two levels you will find facilities like an open fireplace, satellite-TV, a dishwasher and a washing machine. There is view of the countryside. You are allowed to bring max. 1 pet/dog with you. The house is equipped with a cleaning system with central filter.
