Slopes for beginners are next to Haus Hildegard while cross-country trails are 200 metres away. A free resort ski bus stops 200 metres away.

The centre of the village, which has shops and restaurants, is just a 3-minute walk away. The picturesque Gerloser Stausee is 5 km away where a wide variety of activities are possible.
