This spacious second floor apartment is located just before Huttschlag. in the heart of the numerous walking routes and 140 km of signposted cycling paths. The charmingly furnished living room. the bedrooms. the toilet. the bathroom and the fully equipped open kitchen (with wood stove) are located alone one central hallway. In the winter. the ski bus to the Grossarl/Dorfgastein ski area stops nearly in front of the apartment (45 m). and it is 7 km by car. The Nordic track runs right behind the house. You can reach the Alpendorf ski area in 18 minutes in the car. which connects to the Flachau-Wagrain ski area. In the summer. there is a swimming pool. minigolf and adventure park for the kids in Grossarl.
