Another room is situated in the tower which can be accessed via the roof terrace and is furnished with a double sofa bed and has a shower/WC. Heating, a washing machine, 150 L water tank and a reserved parking are available. There is also a barbecue house with bread oven, Table tennis table and basketball net.
The property is about 600 m from the sea/sandy beach. The supermarket, restaurant and bar 250 m. Nearby attractions: Aqualandia, Mundormar, Terra Mítica, Terra Natura, y Benidorm Palace (Benidorm).
