La Rochette
Marche en Famenne is a large farmhouse "La Rochette (la Ferme Hollogne)" has storeys and was renovated in 2011. The house is surrounded by trees and meadows. It is situated in the resort 3 kilometres from the centre of Marche-en-Famenne, directly by the woods edge, directly by the stream, in a cul-de-sac, in the countryside.
The seven-room house of 230 m2 has 3 levels.
The living room has an open fireplace, cable-TV, stereo unit and DVD. The large kitchen is equipped in 4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, microwave, electric coffee machine with dining table.
On the upper floor are 2 double bedrooms, each room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Another bedrooms have each 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). There is also a bthroom with a bath, shower and a toilet
Second upper floor: one room with two single. Second room with one french bed and a bathroom with shower and separated toilet.
In a house washing machine, dryer, children's highchair, cot, table tennis, central heating are avaialable. Please note: non-smoking house. Car is necessary, parking is by the house.
For the private use you will have: large, well-kept garden lawn and trees, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue.
