This country house is situated outside of the resort, 10 km from the centre of Kollnburg, in a secluded, quiet position, directly by the woods edge.
The four-room house of180 m2 has 2 levels.
On the ground floor is a large living room with satellite-TV, radio, CD-player and heater.
The open kitchen is equipped in an oven, dishwasher, microwave, electric coffee machine and a dining table.
On the lower ground floor is a bathroom with a shower and toilet.
On the upper floor are 3 double bedrooms and an exit to the balcony and a bathroom with a bath, shower, toilet. Terrace furniture, balcony furniture, barbecue, box-room are to your disposal.
On the second upper floor is an open gallery with a reading room with table. From the house you will have distant view of the valley and the countryside.
For the private use: grounds, natural garden, lawn sunning area, pond. In the house: central heating and a washing machine are available. Parking is by the house.
